What to Consume?
Starting up with meats, consume as much as you desire for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Cook the meats merely without overmuch added up fat – broiling, baking, roasting, sautéing or browning, and then pouring out away extra liquidity fat, or agitate frying all over high-level heat up with a bit oil (No deep fatty frying).
